Evidence you can inspect
A product title and description appear in the initial page source without running JavaScript. Language links include only published translations. Category filtering, search and pagination work through ordinary links and GET forms.
Why are there two sitemaps?
The catalog sitemap is a technical map of published sample records; products remain noindex. The standard sitemap contains only explanatory pages explicitly opened for indexing. When indexing is disabled, it is empty. robots.txt allows crawling so crawlers can read noindex.
Local tests are not Google results
Local acceptance tests check HTML, URLs, dates, data updates and failure behavior. Search Console reading a sitemap and Google indexing a page are separate live checks. These tests do not guarantee rankings or indexing.
